HOW BODYWEIGHT MOVES FORWARD
You do not need a heavier weight to have a next step. Every exercise has a ladder of harder variations.
A RANGE, NOT A FIXED REP TARGET
Stop each set with about 1–2 good reps still in the tank. It should feel challenging by the last few reps. If you finish a set and could have done 5 more, make the exercise harder.
THE VARIATION IS THE PROGRESSION
YOUR CURRENT VARIATION
Add one rep to each set every workout, following the stopping rule.
ALL SETS REACH THE TOP
Move to the next harder variation on the exercise’s ladder.
THE NEW VARIATION
Build through the rep range again at this harder step.
Easy from the start? Skip ahead on the ladder. The incline push-up ladder runs counter, table, bench, step, floor.

Your goals can overlap. Your program still needs to fit your routine, equipment and available time.
Choose all that apply in the questionnaire. A program can support some goals without delivering every one.

The machine and dumbbell programs were written in-house. They are available to start, and no pharmacist has reviewed them. Every exercise says so on its own screen.
Train within what you can do, and stop if something hurts.
BEFORE YOU START
No. Starting with no equipment uses a chair, a wall and a counter. The machine path is separate, and it is available — written in-house rather than pharmacist-reviewed.
The two floor exercises have standing alternatives: wall angel for prone pull-back, and counter plank for core.
Each exercise has a ladder of harder steps. Add one rep to each set every workout until all sets reach the top of the range. Then move to the next step and restart at the bottom. If it is easy from the start, skip ahead.
No exercise footage is available yet. The approved bodyweight program uses written instruction. Video is a separate review status.
Keep your answers as they are. The questionnaire can record your preferences without asking you to buy equipment, join a gym or find more days.
