Is 150mg of caffeine a lot?
About a strong cup and a half of coffee. Cowabunga is our middle option, built for every day. If you want zero caffeine there is De-Calf; if you want the full send there is Bodacious at 250mg. The stim selector on the pre-workout page sorts you in two taps.
What if I hate it?
