Returns

Returns: Send back unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method, including items bought on sale or with a discount code (refunded at the price you paid). For health and safety we can't take back opened supplements, unless your order arrived damaged, defective or wrong. Then we'll replace or refund it, opened or not; just email us within 30 days with a photo. Sample packs are final sale. The Starter Kit is final sale. Tees can't be exchanged. If anything arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us within 30 days with a photo and we'll replace or refund it.

Return shipping

For unopened returns, you pay the return shipping. If your order arrived damaged, defective or wrong, we cover it.

How to start a return

Email support@bullfit.com or call (435) 466-5536 with your order number before you send anything. Support is available weekdays 9AM-5PM MST. Then ship your return to:
